Republican state attorney general filed a brief opposing the abusive “Climate-RICO” campaign, largely disbanded but still being promoted by NY’s Office of Attorney General, and Massachusetts’ Maura Healey. Like two courts before them, the AGs’ brief pointed to, among other items, records obtained through the efforts of ClimateLitigationWatch’s Chris Horner and Matt Hardin (Hardin tried the cases producing some these records).
