It include an interesting tweak that Washington’s AG demonstrably, wrongly withheld public records about the March 2016 press conference with Al Gore, only to be caught out by another state agency, which followed the law.
Some of these withheld details are so mundane as to gut any claim by OAG that it faithfully executes the PRA, as shown below.
As also clear from the below, others are very interesting abut the history of the campaign to get AGs to sue energy companies for climate, at the request of activists, and the plaintiff’s tort bar.
