This action seeks an unredacted copy of New Jersey’s agreement with a litigation firm to file the Garden State’s entry in the cavalcade of climate lawsuits by progressive-led political offices chasing a “sustainable funding stream” — which New Jersey-ites even joked about as a possible gusher, one that could foot the bill for EV charging stations that, apparently, those mean lawmakers won’t risk their own jobs to directly raise taxes for.
